eLIXATM delivers improved online monitoring and control

Modern plants need to have the ability to monitor in real time and control critical process parameters. eLIXA offers a truly automated system where parameters are analysed by intelligent software in real-time and adjustments are made to maintain optimum plant performance and provide system assurance.

Large amounts of data are already generated in most plants. This data can be seamlessly integrated to HABER’s eLIXA TM resulting in a single control and monitoring system for process, utility and water. Where critical data are not sensed in real-time, eLIXATM has the provision to add state of the art sensing technology or is available out of the box with both sensing and monitoring capability. eLIXATM can be integrated with existing plant SCADA.

Case Study: A large specialty paper manufacturer was looking to maintain turbidity levels of the supernantant output in its primary treatment and thus reduce production issues downstream.
Solution: HABER’s eLIXATM platform with automated chemical preparation and dosing ensures that variability in furnish quality does not have a major impact on treated water quality. This is achieved by detecting stresses before they occur and taking automated corrective actions. The AI based platform has achieved >50% reduction in variability at the same time reducing mechanical, chemical and operational costs.

Case Study: A leading board manufacturer was looking to recycle both primary and secondary sludge as fuel in their captive power plant and maintain optimum dryness to ensure consistent boiler operations.
Solution: By monitoring inlet consistency and outlet dryness in real time and based on robotic chemical preparation and dosing systems, HABER’s eLIXATM platform has achieved significant reduction in variability of dryness and reduction in operational and chemical costs.
Environmental compliance data is also available in real-time on the same platform.
