As an Area Sales Manager at HABER, you will focus on fostering customer relationships and growing the business in a geography or industry segment. You will be at the fore front of lead generation, product introductions and customer partnerships, effectively communicating value delivered by HABER solutions. You will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, prioritizing and communicating an accurate and current sales funnel for your geography or industry segment. You will lead a team of Account Managers, Sales Engineers, Application Specialists and Technical Service Representatives to deliver the highest level of customer success.
Degree in Engineering or related field. MBA in Sales and/or Marketing preferred.

Responsible for entire Sales & Marketing activities in assigned region of India. Conducting trials & working with the technical team to propose programs. Building a strong and relevant sales opportunity pipeline. Handle Sales inquiries and communicate the customer requirement to proposal team. Ensure all sales processes are implemented in the region. Train and support the team to meet their targets through joint visits, regular reviews and helping them close wherever needed. Negotiate with customers on techno-commercials, balancing organizational objectives and customer satisfaction. To devise innovative methods to maximize the awareness of our solutions in the region. Support the technical teams by providing on ground resolution to customer queries.
B2B / industrial/ Chemical selling experience. Exceptional at value/ ROI based selling aligning value delivery to customer objectives. Strong Customer orientation Experience in paper industry chemicals preferred. Quick learner, Aggressive – Result oriented. Excellent Negotiation and communication skills. Independent decision-making & problem-solving ability.
